ClearChice Quick Flush Capsules- USE DAY OF THE TEST

Avoid all toxins and unecessary medications for at least 48 to 72 hours. Do not eat or drink for 4 hours prior to using the Quick Flush Capsules.

On the day you wish to be clean, begin taking the Quick Flush Capsules 60 minutes prior to your deadline. Take 2 capsules every 15 minutes with 12 fl. ozs. of water. You will take 10 capsules total along with 60 fl. ozs. of water (Individuals weighing over 200 lbs or more should drink one additional 12 fl. ozs. water after consuming all capsules).

Wait 15 minutes then fill container with cold water and drink.

Urinate frequently to remove toxins (at least 2 to 3 times). Continue to Avoid food & beverages.

Immediatly after you finish the Quick Flush Capsules you will be in the clear zone for up to 5 hours. Your body will be cleanest during the first hour
